Adopting premium virgin PVC resin as the base material and compounded with professional anti-aging and UV-resistant additives, it features an integrally molded fiber mesh reinforcement layer for excellent structural stability and long-term outdoor service performance.

Manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 18173.2-2014 national standard, the product supports Type I and Type II performance grades to meet diverse project requirements, with complete third-party test reports available. The built-in fiber reinforcement effectively solves the dimensional instability and thermal expansion defects of ordinary PVC membranes, delivering low shrinkage rate, high tensile strength and superior tear & puncture resistance. It maintains stable physical properties under frequent temperature fluctuations and long-term outdoor exposure, widely applicable to roof, tunnel, municipal, underground and water conservancy waterproofing projects.

2. Product Classification

This PVC membrane series includes three mainstream types: glass fiber reinforced, polyester reinforced and non-reinforced homogeneous PVC. Reinforced specifications are used for large-area main roof waterproofing, while Homogeneous PVC serves as auxiliary reinforcement for complex nodes, forming a complete full-scenario waterproof system.

Glass Fiber Reinforced PVC Waterproof Membrane

High-strength glass fiber mesh is thermally integrated inside the membrane as a stable structural core through one-piece molding. The tight composite structure eliminates delamination, peeling and interlayer separation risks during long-term service.

Core Features: Ultra-low thermal expansion and contraction ensures excellent dimensional stability with a dimensional change rate ≤0.5%. It effectively resists thermal deformation and edge warping, keeping the membrane flat and stable under long-term fully exposed conditions.

Application: Ideal for large-span steel structure roofs, concrete flat roofs and ultra-long-span exposed roofing projects requiring high structural stability.

Polyester Reinforced PVC Waterproof Membrane

Reinforced with high-tenacity polyester filament, this membrane features higher toughness, better elongation and stronger structural fatigue resistance than conventional PVC waterproof materials.

Core Features: Outstanding ductility and tear resistance enable adaptation to slight foundation settlement and minor structural deformation. Optimized puncture resistance greatly reduces construction damage risks and improves the overall stability of long-term waterproof systems.

Application: Suitable for basement top slabs, green planted roofs, reservoirs and other waterproof projects subject to structural stress and deformation.

Homogeneous PVC Waterproof Membrane (Non-Reinforced Auxiliary Type)

This solid homogeneous PVC membrane features uniform dense structure, excellent flexibility and superior hot-air weldability, professionally developed for detailed reinforcement of irregular structural nodes.

Core Features: It achieves consistent weld strength and seamless fusion with main reinforced PVC membranes. Flexible on-site cutting and forming perfectly fit special-shaped structures that cannot be covered by reinforced membranes.

Application: Widely used for tunnel inner walls, utility tunnels, water pool interiors and special-shaped node waterproof reinforcement.

4. Core Product Advantages

Reinforced Structure & Ultra-stable Dimensional Performance

Built-in fiber reinforcement effectively restrains thermal expansion and contraction of PVC materials and reduces overall shrinkage. It eliminates common quality defects such as roof arching, edge warping, hollowing and shrinkage cracks, maintaining long-term flat and stable roof surface under repeated temperature changes.

Superior Weather Resistance for Long-term Exposed Use

Formulated with high-efficiency UV inhibitors and anti-aging additives, the membrane resists strong ultraviolet radiation, rain erosion and dry-wet cycles. It delivers stable performance for over 20 years under standard outdoor conditions, serving as a reliable exposed roofing waterproof material.

High Mechanical Strength & Strong On-site Adaptability

The integrated reinforced structure provides high tensile strength and overall toughness. It effectively withstands puncture, impact and tearing forces, tolerating daily roof maintenance and minor mechanical pressure with high construction fault tolerance and long-term structural stability.

Excellent Chemical Corrosion Resistance

PVC material features stable chemical inertness against acid, alkali, salt spray and domestic sewage. Long-term contact with soil, groundwater and conventional chemical media will not cause deterioration, adapting to basements, water pools and coastal high-salinity environments.

Balanced All-climate Temperature Adaptability

The membrane maintains stable physical properties without softening or shrinking at high temperatures and no embrittlement or cracking at low temperatures. It adapts to most regions with large temperature differences and harsh climatic conditions.

Seamless Hot-air Welding & Integral Waterproof System

Fully compatible with professional PVC hot-air welding technology. Weld seams fuse completely with the base membrane with strength higher than the membrane body, preventing water channeling and leakage and forming a fully enclosed integral waterproof structure.

Non-toxic & Eco-friendly Application

Made of pure virgin PVC raw materials with no harmful components or peculiar smell. The pollution-free and eco-friendly formula is safe for landscape water bodies, drinking water reservoirs and public building waterproof projects.

5. Application Scenarios

Steel Structure Roofs: New construction and renovation of steel workshops, color steel roofs, exhibition venues and daylighting roof nodes.

Municipal & Tunnel Engineering: Waterproofing and anti-seepage for highway tunnels, comprehensive utility tunnels, underground passages and civil air defense walls.

Building Roof Systems: Waterproof treatment for concrete flat roofs, sloped roofs, green planted roofs and inverted roof structures.

Underground Engineering: Anti-seepage and moisture-proofing for basement top slabs, side walls and garage roof structures.

Water Conservancy & Storage Facilities: Anti-seepage protection for artificial lakes, landscape pools, reservoirs and sewage regulating tanks.

Old Roof Renovation: Direct overlay on aged leaking roofs without large-scale demolition, greatly reducing renovation costs and shortening construction cycles.

Environmental Municipal Projects: Anti-seepage and anti-corrosion treatment for urban sewage tanks and environmental protection facilities.

6. Standard Construction Guidelines

This PVC waterproof membrane adopts hot-air fusion welding as the core construction method to form seamless, fully enclosed waterproof systems adaptable to complex site conditions.

Substrate Treatment

Keep the substrate flat, firm, dry and clean, free of sharp protrusions, oil stains and floating dust. Steel bases require professional rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment. Apply primer on weak substrates to enhance bonding performance.

Laying Method

Adopt loose laying, mechanical fixing or batten anchoring according to actual site conditions to release structural stress and avoid tensile damage to the membrane.

Welding Specifications

Reserve longitudinal lap ≥80mm and transverse lap ≥120mm. Standard welding temperature ranges from 480℃ to 550℃ with a running speed of 1.5–2.5m/min. Trial welding and peel strength tests are mandatory before large-area construction to ensure full and tight welding.

Key Node Reinforcement

Treat internal and external corners, pipe roots, vents and expansion joints with dedicated PVC profiles, pressure strips and sealant to form fully closed waterproof details.

Weld Quality Inspection

Inspect welds via visual check and manual probing. Double-track welds shall undergo 0.2MPa air pressure testing with no pressure drop or air leakage within 2–5 minutes. Vacuum inspection is optional for high-standard projects.

Finished Product Protection

Lay geotextile or fine aggregate concrete protective layer on walkable, planted and long-term exposed roofs to prevent mechanical damage and accelerated aging.
