This EPDM waterproof membrane takes EPDM rubber as the main raw material. We add multiple functional additives during production. It goes through internal mixing, extrusion and high-temperature vulcanization processes. It is a high-performance elastic waterproof material.This membrane has good resistance to ozone, ultraviolet ray and aging. It can work normally in different temperatures. It has high elasticity and high stretching rate. It can fit shape changes of building base layers well. It keeps stable performance even after long-time outdoor exposure.

5. Construction Guidelines

Base Layer Treatment: Keep the base layer flat, firm and dry. Remove sharp corners and dust to avoid membrane piercing.

Lap Joint Standard: Both longitudinal and transverse lap width shall not be less than 100mm. Spread special adhesive evenly on lap surfaces without blank areas. Press the bonded joints tightly with pressure rollers to ensure full sealing.

Construction Environment: The best construction temperature is 5℃ to 35℃. Do not carry out outdoor construction on rainy, foggy, frosty and windy days.

Finished Product Protection: Avoid hard object impact and heavy vehicle rolling after construction. Lay protective layers in time once waterproof construction is finished.
