Product Overview

H-beam steel is available in hot-rolled and fabricated configurations, depending on section size and project requirements. This structural steel member features an H-form cross-section formed by two parallel flanges connected by a central web, which provides efficient resistance to bending and axial loads when correctly selected and incorporated into a structural design.

The wide-flange section provides efficient structural performance for beams, columns and frames. Final section selection should be determined by the project’s structural engineer according to load and design requirements. Parallel flange faces simplify connections to other steel components and reduce on-site processing work.

Supplied according to confirmed section size, steel grade, length and surface-treatment requirements. Our available section heights range from 100 mm to 1,700 mm and flange widths 100 mm to 550 mm. Standard lengths of 6 m, 9 m and 12 m are available alongside custom cut-to-length options. Suitable steel grades can be matched against project documentation. Product Features

Optimized structural geometry

The H-shaped cross-section places material within high-stress flange zones, delivering effective structural performance for beam and column applications. Final sizing shall be completed by a qualified structural engineer.

Efficient load-bearing performance

The wide-flange layout supports practical design solutions for steel frames. Actual structural efficiency is dependent on load cases, span, stability requirements and selected steel grade.

Parallel flange faces

Flange inner and outer surfaces run parallel at right angles, streamlining welding and bolting joint detailing when connecting to other steel members. Connection design remains the responsibility of the project structural engineer.

Suitable steel grades will be reviewed and confirmed against your project-specified requirements. Relevant material documentation can be arranged for formal orders.

Q2. Can H-beam be cut to custom lengths?

Yes. Standard lengths are 6m, 9m, and 12m, but custom lengths can be produced subject to order quantity and production feasibility.

Q3. Is hot-dip galvanizing available?

Yes. Hot-dip galvanizing can be arranged for corrosion-resistant performance for outdoor or high-humidity service environments. Please specify the requirement when ordering.

Q4. Can you supply H-beam to GB, JIS, ASTM or EN requirements?

Sections are bundled with steel strapping for transport. Protective end caps and custom labeling are available upon request. Container or bulk vessel loading is arranged per order.
