Product Overview

Color steel rock wool sandwich panel is a factory-laminated composite enclosure material composed of color-coated steel facings and an inorganic rock wool core. It integrates building rigidity, thermal insulation and fire-resistant performance to support fast-track building envelope construction.

Factory integrated lamination delivers stable, consistent finished performance and greatly simplifies on-site installation compared with traditional on-site assembled insulation systems. It is widely applied for industrial enclosures, commercial partitions, cold storage structures and general controlled-environment buildings.

We supply panels with thicknesses of 50–200 mm, standard effective width of 1000 mm, customizable lengths up to 12000 mm, and steel sheet gauges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm. Core density and final dimensions are confirmed according to project requirements. Negotiable MOQ is available for large projects and bulk orders. Composite construction

The rock wool core is continuously bonded to the steel facings during production, creating a single composite panel with stable thermal performance across the entire surface.

Thermal and fire protection

The mineral wool core provides thermal insulation and fire resistance in one material. Its inorganic composition does not support combustion, helping slow fire spread through building enclosures.

Enclosure rigidity

The steel facings contribute to the panel's cladding performance, allowing use as wall and roof cladding. The panels also provide sound insulation and vibration damping in building enclosures.

Fast installation

The large-format panels are crane-lifted and fixed directly to the building frame with self-drilling screws.
