Product Overview

Color steel polyurethane sandwich panel is a factory-engineered composite panel consisting of two layers of color-coated steel sheet bonded to a rigid polyurethane foam core. The three-layer construction provides enclosure rigidity and high-efficiency thermal insulation in a single product.

Polyurethane foam features very low thermal conductivity among widely-used insulation materials. This allows thinner panels to achieve the same thermal resistance as thicker mineral wool alternatives, saving building space and reducing structural weight.

Typical applications include cold storage facilities, temperature-controlled warehouses, industrial plant envelopes, and commercial roof and wall systems.

Panel thicknesses range from 30 mm to 200 mm, with effective widths of 1,000 mm and custom lengths up to 12,000 mm. Steel gauges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm are available. 1. High-efficiency thermal insulation

Polyurethane foam features very low thermal conductivity among widely-used insulation materials. This allows the panel to deliver high thermal resistance with reduced thickness compared to many other core materials.

The rigid polyurethane core is continuously bonded to the steel facings during production, creating a single composite panel with stable thermal performance across the entire surface.

3. Enclosure rigidity

The large-format panels are crane-lifted and fixed directly to the building frame with self-drilling screws.
